- Shared contacts. Now not only can you send your private contacts to selected colleagues but you can create Shared contacts for your whole organization with a few taps. - Pin chat. You can pin important chats so they will always stay on top of your chats list.

- Added the ability to send files in personal SMS chats via SIP SIMPLE. The files will be sent as links.

Call Switch allows you to open an app on another device while you're on an active call, then "pull" the call from the original device or app by tapping the notification at the top of the app, and continue the call on the other device you just opened. 2.5 05/01/2023 This update contains various bug fixes and performance improvements. 2.4.3 04/17/2023 In this update, we continue improving SMS chat functionality and experience. Specifically, for users assigned to multiple SMS phone numbers, the sender id will be automatically selected based on the previous choice, so they don't need to choose it for every message. The same applies if a customer has multiple phone numbers associated with their contact - the customer's phone number is automatically selected.
